The questionaire is free, and
once you finish the questionaire, you will receive the results,

potential selected matches in your "My Matches" page.
You then have the option of contacting these suggested matches.
Once you decide to contact someone, however, you must become
a paying member. eHarmony does offer a full refund within 7 days
of beginning your membership.
